You may experience the following error in UVI Portal while downloading your product:
Please first try to delete the UVI Portal cache folder located here:
• On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/UVIPortal/
• On PC: \Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Roaming\UVIPortalCache
You can also enable Force Direct Download in the Preferences to avoid the torrent protocol, and try again to download your product.
If you still have trouble, please contact our support team by providing the UVI Portal log files located here:
• On Mac: ~/Library/Logs/UVI Portal/
• On PC: \Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Roaming\UVI Portal
Meanwhile, you can still download your product via the My Products page on the UVI website. You can refer to the following article for detailed instructions: Installing Your Products via uvi.net/my-products.
Products included in SonicPass, UVI Power Bundle and UVI Essentials Bundle are exclusively available in UVI Portal and are not reflected on the online My Products page for technical reasons.
