If you have presets listed in red under the Browser’s Search tab, this means UVI Workstation is unable to locate the necessary UFS soundbank(s) in your system.
Please make sure that your UFS location(s) is well listed in Preferences > Soundbanks then restart UVI Workstation.
If the problem persists, you may need to reset the preset database by following these steps:
- Open the Browser in UVI Workstation by clicking the Folder icon at top.
- Right-click the Search tab then select Reset Database.
