If you have red presets under the Search tab in the Browser, this means UVI Workstation is unable to locate the related UFS soundbank(s) in your system.
Therefore, please make sure that your UFS location(s) is/are well listed in Preferences > Soundbanks then restart UVI Workstation.
You may need to reset the presets database by following these steps:
- Open the Browser in UVI Workstation by clicking the Folder icon at top
- Right-click the Search tab then select Reset Database
