If you have red presets under the Search tab in the Browser, this means UVI Workstation is unable to locate the dedicated UFS soundbank(s) in your system.
Therefore, please make sure that your UFS location(s) is/are well listed in Preferences > Soundbanks then restart UVI Workstation.
You may need to reset the presets database by following these steps:
1. Open the Browser in UVI Workstation by double-clicking any Part or by clicking the eye icon at top
2. Right-click the Search tab then select Reset Database
