- Open iLok License Manager on the computer you wish to deauthorize, and sign in.
- Select your local machine in the left sidebar.
- Right-click the dedicated license then select Deactivate – the activation is now returned to the Available tab on the top (or via the menu View then select Available Licenses).
If you no longer have access to this computer, please contact our Technical Support and provide them with your iLok User ID, the machine name and its Location ID, which can be found via Show Details in iLok License Manager. They will then manually reset the stuck activations for UVI products from this machine.
