Please first make sure that UVI Workstation or Falcon is up to date, and that the related license is currently activated to your local machine or iLok dongle in iLok License Manager.
If you still have trouble, this can have multiple causes:
- The soundbank file (.ufs) may be incorrectly named. Please ensure the name is identical to the original file and ends with “.ufs”.

- [Mac only] The UFS file might have a permission issue; locate the soundbank file, right-click it then select Get Info (Cmd+I), then change privileges to Read & Write in 'Sharing & Permissions'.
