Please first make sure that your iLok dongle is properly plugged into your computer (avoid non-powered USB hubs) and that it is consistently lit (not blinking).
The first thing you should try is deactivating then reactivating the license on your iLok dongle:
- Open iLok License Manager and sign in.
- Locate and select your iLok dongle in the left sidebar.
- Right-click the license and select Deactivate.
- Drag and drop the license from the Available Licenses view to your iLok dongle.
If the problem persists, you can sync and repair your iLok dongle (make sure that you only have one iLok dongle plugged into your computer before beginning):
- Open iLok License Manager and sign in.
- Right-click your dongle and select Synchronize.
If you feel your iLok dongle is not working properly, please contact iLok and submit an RMA here.
If the problem persists, please contact our Technical Support and provide them with your iLok User ID and the serial number of your dongle, which can be found via Show Details in iLok License Manager as shown in the screenshots below.
