A product may be not listed in UVI Portal for the following reasons:
- you are using a trial version of a UVI effect – trial versions are not supported in UVI Portal.
- you are not logged in to the correct UVI account – please make sure you entered the same email address you used to register the product.
- you have not registered the product yet – you can read the article Register Your UVI Product.
- the product you are looking for may be a legacy product that is no longer supported – you will only find download links to this product on the My Products page. You can read the article Which UVI Products are Available in UVI Portal? for more information.
