Yes, providing there is a product authorization available on either the computer itself or an attached iLok key. In this case you will not be able to use UVI Portal to download your product, you will need to do it manually from the UVI website 'My Products' page as seen in the example below:
- Ensure your product(s) is registered to your UVI account.
If you have not registered your serial number yet, go to the Product Registration page on uvi.net and follow the instructions. The online registration process parallels that found in UVI Portal, you can reference the help article (here) if you need more information.

Go to the My Products page on the UVI website and download your product. For additional information see: Installing Your Products via uvi.net/my-products.
- Insert an iLok dongle on a computer with internet access and move your product activation(s) to it. For more information see: Step 4 – Activate Your UVI License.
If iLok License Manager is not yet installed you can download it free, here: https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager.

Using an external drive, copy the products/installers to your offline machine and install them. For more information see: Installing Your Products via uvi.net/my-products.
- Insert the activated iLok dongle into your offline machine.
