Don't worry! There are a couple simple things that can occur to cause this, and they are easy to fix.
Possible Issue: your iLok account has not been linked with SonicPass.
Solution: please enter your iLok account name on the SonicPass welcome page here. If you don't have an iLok account, you can create one directly with the form on the page.
Possible Issue: you have multiple UVI accounts, and the one logged in to UVI Portal is not the one associated with your SonicPass purchase.
Solution: log out of UVI Portal, and then log back in with the correct account.
