Please submit a request via the General Information contact form (select topic: "Product Upgrade/Crossgrade Request") by providing us with either your Xtreme FX serial number (supplied for free with your copy of MachFive3), or a screenshot of your iLok account which includes both your iLok User ID and the MachFive3 license.
