If you are experiencing the following error message, make sure that:
- UVI Workstation or Falcon is up to date
- The concerned license is currently activated to your local machine or iLok
- The soundbank file has not been renamed
- The soundbank file is not corrupted. You can refer to the following support article for detailed instructions: How to check the integrity of my soundbank.
- [macOS only] There is no permission issue with the soundbank. Locate and right-click the soundbank file then select 'Get Info' (Cmd+I), then change privileges to 'Read & Write' in 'Sharing & Permissions'.
