Error Message: "libxml2.dll was not found" [Windows] [English]

You may experience the following error message while launching UVI Workstation on Windows:

"The code execution cannot proceed because libxml2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

This is likely due to a PACE iLok issue related to another product using the iLok system on your system.

Here are the steps to follow in order to solve this issue:

1. Download the latest iLok License Manager on the iLok website
2. Extract the downloaded file LicenseSupportInstallerWin64.zip, then open the resulted folder LicenseSupportInstallerWin64_vx.x.x
3. Go to Troubleshooting, then run the Installer Cleanup program
4. Then, run the License Support Win64 pnputil program
5. Reboot the system
