NKS Support for UVI Products

The following UVI products now support the NKS (Native Kontrol Standard) format:

• 8-Bit Synth
• Augmented Orchestra
• Emulation II+
• FM Suite
• IRCAM Prepared Piano 2
• Meteor
• Nagoya Harp
• Quadra: Muted and Harmonics
• Shade
• Synth Anthology 4
• Whoosh FX

An additional NKS installer is available for each product via their respective information panel in UVI Portal.

We may consider adding NKS support for the rest of the UVI catalog in the near future, but there is no ETA yet.

Troubleshooting

If you have any trouble using one of these UVI products listed above in NKS in your DAW, you can try the following steps:

1. Make sure that Komplete Kontrol is up to date.
2. Uninstall then reinstall the latest UVI Workstation via UVI Portal.
3. Reinstall NKS Support for the concerned UVI product.
4. Open Komplete Kontrol in standalone and rescan your VST plug-ins.
5. Quit Komplete Kontrol, then try again in your DAW.
